I encourage mindful and intuitive eating practices, and believe in a non-diet approach to improve health. I want you to stop dieting, find balance, and learn to love food again.
There’s an abundance of nutrition information available which can be overwhelming, it once was to me. I will help you navigate and understand the symbiotic relationship nutrients play in food, and discover how to eat and live mindfully, and create a sense of self worth that is not based on body shape and weight. We will get you eating free from rules, shame and judgment. This process will create a lasting and positive relationship with food by trusting your body and its needs.
