RATES

If you’re using in-network insurance to cover services, rates are determined by your insurance provider. Once the claim is processed, they’ll send an "Explanation of Benefits" (EOB) to both you and our office, outlining any portion of the fee for which you’re responsible.

For clients paying out-of-pocket and not using insurance, our rates are as follows:

• Initial Nutrition Appointment (85 minutes): $250

• Follow-Up Nutrition Counseling (55 minutes): $150

No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee (less than 24 hours’ notice): $100

• To help us serve all our clients effectively, a fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. However, if you contact us before your appointment start time, we’re happy to waive this fee if we can reschedule your appointment within 10 days and you complete that session.

Arriving later than 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment will result in a no-show fee.

PAYMENT

Due at the time of service. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (VIA Stripe). A valid credit or debit card is required on file for self-pay fees, insurance charges (such as copays, deductibles, and non-covered services), and late cancellation or no-show fees. You may also keep a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card on file for eligible transactions. Please note that refunds will be issued minus any card processing fees.
