DOES ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
My child’s ADHD medication has affected their appetite. How do I support their growth?
Why is my child barely eating? How do I know they are getting enough?
What should I actually eat during pregnancy or postpartum?
What do I make this week?
My body, appetite, or labs seem to be changing as I get older, what should I actually focus on?
I left my doctor’s office with more questions than answers about my new diagnosis.
I want to improve my health without going on another restrictive diet.
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
Nutrition Care That Fits Real Life
Everyone’s experience with food is different, and nutrition care should reflect that.
My approach is practical, evidence-based, weight-inclusive, and individualized. We focus on improving nutrition and health without rigid food rules, guilt, or perfection.
For families, that may mean supporting growth and nutrient needs while reducing pressure around food.
For adults, it may mean translating labs, diagnoses, and changing nutrition needs into realistic steps you can actually use.
when helpful, I can collaborate with your physician, pediatrician, therapist, or other members of your healthcare team.
